Material Movement Table

In the example diagram shown in the Material Movement Diagram topic, the Stockpiling metric Raw dataset was selected for display in a table. The example below shows this accompanying table. In this example, the table shows the source as a mining block and destination as an ore stockpile. The start / end time, contractor name, and equipment types are also included for easier reference to the original data source.

Note: If the dataset returns more that 1000 rows, a red notification displays (annotation 1) and only the first 1000 rows display. Applying additional filters to the datasets can help reduce the number of rows returned. However, the option to export all data to Excel is available and the export includes rows that exceed the table's display limit.

If no filters are added to the datasets then Mine Production = Waste + Direct Feed + Stockpiling + (Unknown destinations) and Crusher Feed = Direct Feed + Stockpile Feed.

Example Material Movement table

To view and interact with the table:

  1. To select which columns display in the table:
    1. Click the table menu (three-dot icon) in the top-left corner and select Columns from the menu.

      A list of available columns displays.

    2. Check or uncheck the selection boxes to show or hide columns.
    3. Click Apply.
  2. To sort the table:
    1. Click the column header to sort the table by that column.
    2. Click the header again to toggle between ascending and descending sort order.
  3. To filter the table:
    1. Hover on a column header.
    2. Click the filter icon that displays.
    3. Select the required filter options and logic. The options available vary by column.
    4. Click Filter.
  4. To export the table data, click the table menu (three-dot icon) in the top-left corner and use one of the following options:
    1. Select Export All to export all table data, regardless of the current view, including rows or columns not currently displayed (annotation 2).
    2. Select Export Current View to export only the data currently visible in the table, including any applied filters, column selections and sort order.
  5. To investigate issues with movement data; for example, missing values or values that seem incorrect:
    1. Click on the dataset(s) in the affected component; for example, Mine Production.
    2. Check the tabulated data for unknown sources or destinations.
    3. Navigate to System Health » Data Health to identify critical issues with imported data. See Data Health.
