View and filter stockpile management data

Use this activity to view and filter the list of stockpiles on the Stockpile Management screen.

Activity steps:

1. Open the Stockpile Management screen.

   The Stockpile Management screen displays a list of stockpiles based on the default filter settings.

2. Apply filters at the top of the screen as required:
   • Location: Select the location using the hierarchy fields as required. Default: All.
   • Balance Date
   • Shift
   • Stockpile Status: Select from:
     • All: Displays open and closed stockpiles.
     • Open: Displays only open stockpiles.
     • Closed: Displays only closed stockpiles.
   • Stockpile Group: Select a stockpile group. Default: All.
   • Stockpile Name: Enter text to search for a specific stockpile by name.
3. Click the Refresh icon to apply the selected filters.
4. Use the table controls to refine and review the stockpile list as required:
   • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
   • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
   • Use the horizontal scroll bar to view additional columns.
5. Click a hyperlinked stockpile Name to view its details or hover on the row to perform actions such as editing or deleting the stockpile.
