Audit Log

Use the Audit Log pop-up screen to view the audit history—and if applicable, quarantined and rejected information—for a data value (in the modern logsheet user interface only).

The Audit Log pop-up has tabs for different types of audit information. Items in each tab are shown with the newest item first:

• All—Displays audit, quarantined and rejected items together in the order that they happened, with the newest item first.
• Audit—Displays the details of previous changes to the value, with the newest item first.
• Quarantined—If the value is currently quarantined, displays the details of the attempted change(s), with the newest item first.
• Rejected—Displays the details of attempted changes to the value that were quarantined and rejected, with the newest item first.

To open this screen:

1. Click the audit icon next to a data value to open the Audit Log. The All tab is selected by default.
2. If the quarantine icon displays next to a data value, click it to open the Audit Log. The Quarantined tab is selected by default.
