Allocate Expenditure

Use the dataset screen to run expenditure allocations for the selected dataset after transactions and rules have been prepared.

Activity Steps

1. On the Dashboard, under Budgeting, click Manage Datasets.

   The Manage Dataset screen displays.

2. Select the dataset.
3. Review the dataset transactions if required.

4. Click Allocate Expenditure.

   A warning displays asking whether to generate allocations for the selected dataset.

5. Click Generate when prompted.
6. Click Save or Save and Close.
