Update and Audit Actions

The update and audit actions process creates and updates actions for assets based on the Action Definitions that exist in your database.

Activity Steps

1. On the Dashboard, in the required asset module, click Update/Audit ... Actions.

   Note: To update all actions for all assets, update in the Actions section.

   A message displays the number of actions to be updated.

2. Click Update Filtered or Update All . See Global Filter.

   The Change Tracking screen opens and a message display the number of updated actions.

3. Click OK.

4. To export the changes to Excel:

   1. Click Audit Report.

      A confirmation message displays.

      Note: If you have an Excel workbook open LandTracker adds the audit as pages in your workbook. If no workbook is open, LandTracker opens a new one.

   2. Click Yes.

5. Save Updates.

Activity Steps

1. In any Asset Browser, select your asset in the data grid. See Data Grids.

2. In the details pane, in the Actions tab, click Update Actions.

   A Change Tracking screen and a message displaying asset(s) processed display.

3. Click OK.
4. To view an audit report, Export Changes.
5. Save Updates.
